Singh’s perspective from the perspective of a Dalit woman offers an intersectional social analysis on power structures that support caste dominance today in South India. This book, which is situated in transitional feminist discourses and Tamil Nadu’s lived experiences with Dalit women, is rooted in the interactions and lived experiences of these women.
